Deodorant and Savior Stick: 100% all-natural. The deodorant is aluminum-free with aloe vera. The Extra Strength formula uses baking soda, so for sensitive skin, start every other day while they adjust.
Battle Spray: the one product that isn’t 100% all-natural, and we want to be upfront about it. It contains a small percentage of isopropyl alcohol to cleanse, along with witch hazel and vegetable glycerin to keep skin hydrated. It’s still kid-safe, with no parabens, no dyes and no harsh chemicals. If your kid has sensitive skin, test a small area first.
Does it replace a shower?
No. Battle Spray is for the gap between the final whistle and the shower: the parking lot, the car ride, the time between tournament matches. For best hygiene they should still shower with soap within about 4 hours of practice.
How long does a bottle last?
Each 8 oz bottle has 1,000+ sprays. A full-body spray takes 10–20 sprays, which works out to about 50–100 uses, or roughly 3–6 months at 3–4 practices a week. Spraying gear every day uses more. The deodorant lasts most people 2–3 months of daily use.
Can I spray gear, shin guards and the car?
Yes, all of it. Spray the gear, the shin guards, the inside of the bag, the cleats, and the car: seats, floor mats and the trunk where the bag lives. Battle Spray shouldn’t damage materials, so you don’t need to baby it. Let it air-dry before you zip the bag.
